We always aim to set very competitive prices.
All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT (sales tax) at the current rate and will be charged to UK and EU residents using the rate applicable at the invoice date. We are dependent on supplies from throughout the world in multiple currencies and the prices published on the web site are therefore subject to change without prior notice. We are especially dependent on the US dollar exchange rate.
Delivery Information for the UK
Our customers comment on the rapid turnaround for their orders. Smaller orders, up to about 2 kg gross, are usually shipped via Royal Mail to both UK and overseas addresses. Heavier or bulky orders are shipped via several carriers, including DHL and TNT. We use Parcelforce and Ecoparcel to ship spinning wheels to EU destinations.
Handling & delivery charges to the UK are:
orders up to £50.00 net = £4.95
orders up to £135.00 net = £9.95
orders up to £600 net = £19.95
orders over £600 net = Enquire via the contact form
Please ensure that your goods can be received at the delivery address that you provide, or give instructions where they can be left safely, as free re-delivery cannot be guaranteed especially where an undelivered parcel is returned to us.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have not received your order when it is expected. Parcels sent by our Courier Service are rarely delayed or go missing.

Delivery to Europe and to other Overseas Customers
We welcome orders from non-UK overseas customers. We try to deliver at cost and will advise you of any extra charges that may be incurred in sending the goods to your address. We will send you a separate PayPal invoice for any extra delivery charges to pay.

The goods will be dispatched when we receive payment in response to our email confirming carriage costs.
VAT at the current rate is included in the prices shown on this web site. The buyer may also be liable for import tax and duty at the rate set by their own government.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal but we accept payment by credit card or debit card through the shopping cart, or by a cheque drawn on a UK bank and sent by post. Please see ‘how to pay’ for further details of each of these payment options.
Items out of Stock
Our policy is to supply at least 95% of orders from stock. If we are out of stock on any item you will notified and the remainder of the order will be sent as soon as the goods are available. There will be no additional delivery charge for ‘out of stock’ items.

Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order or before 7 working days from the date that you receive your order. Your cancellation must be in writing, either by letter or by email, and the cost of returning the goods will remain your responsibility. The goods must be returned undamaged and capable for resale at the full price. You will receive a full refund of the product cost within 30 days.
If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery.
If you cancel after we have despatched the Goods, we will refund the price of the goods only. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the Goods, you must return them to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, or are worn or damaged.
To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to telephone or email for a returns reference number before returning the goods, to be placed below our address on the returns label.
In summary, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned: with packaging and tags in their original condition; securely wrapped; and at your risk and cost.

Don’t accept any package that appears badly damaged and notify us immediately if you have refused the package. We always advise you to sign for goods as ‘not examined’. In the event of a claim against the carrier, you will need to keep any packing materials for the carrier’s inspection and to answer any enquiries from them or we cannot accept any responsibility for compensation.
Please telephone or email us immediately if the goods arrive damaged to discuss whether a replacement part may resolve the problem. If we agree that a replacement part is not an option to resolve the problem, then you should request a Returns Number before attempting to return the goods. A full refund, including postage costs, will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

SpinOlution wheels are guaranteed for 6 months in the UK. Both the Pauly’s of SpinOlution in California and Wild Fibres are happy to assist you with any questions you may have concerning your wheel. We will work with you to resolve any questions you may have about its operation or maintenance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
